*Please note, all mainland UK parcels will be shipped via Royal Mail for Standard shipping services, FedEx for Express and DPD for Next Day. (Updated 20/08/24).
Deliveries and dispatches are made during the working week from Monday to Friday. The deadline for express deliveries is 12 p.m. weekdays. For orders received after 12 p.m. delivery might be delayed by one day.
All shipping methods offer track and trace service. You will receive an email alert to the email address provided during the check-out process so that you can follow the status of your delivery as it makes its way to the delivery destination.
If you wish to return your merchandise, please have a look here for further information. Merchandise can be returned only in new, unused condition, in the original packaging, same condition as sold, with tamper-proof seals unbroken if present, with all literature and factory seals in place.
