Refund policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase from “The Brighton Group Ltd” trading as “Rye Botanica”, you may return the item(s) to us for a full refund within 21 days from date of purchase.
Items are to be returned at the customer's expense unless an item is faulty – in which case we will refund you in full or send a replacement at no extra charge.
The item(s) must be returned in perfect condition, and in the original, undamaged packaging. We insist that items are returned to us by a recognised (Parcelforce, DPD, FedEx, UPS, TNT, DHL), insured and signed for method in order to avoid loss of the item(s) during return. We cannot refund a returned item(s) that has not been received.
Please contact us before returning your item(s) and we will confirm the return delivery address. Please ensure you return your item(s) to us within 21 days from date of purchase. Returns outside this time frame may be accepted at our own discretion.
Refunds can only be requested by the purchaser and will be made within 14 days of Rye Botanica receiving the returned item(s).

Late Delivery Policy
If you have not received your order within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.
For deliveries reported after this period, we may be unable to escalate the issue with the courier, and any refund or replacement would be considered at our discretion.
